Welcome to Marine Weld. Providing a flagpole for the Mayor's car and shower pods are some of the more unusual jobs Marine Weld has been asked to do. Boatyards, lifeboat stations and boat enthusiasts throughout East Anglia come to owner Philip Bayley and his dedicated team for expertise with the personal touch. The family-run business, based in Folgate Road, North Walsham, has developed a reputation as a leader in its field since it started operating in 1988. Norfolk lifeboats, pilot boats on the Thames, and even canal boats all bear the handiwork of Marine Weld, whose specialist areas include stainless steel and aluminum fabrication, sheet metal work, mobile welding and tube and pipe work. We also have a separate mild steel fabrication shop. Although much of their work is marine based, the company is always willing to take on a new challenge.
